Randy Threet
Randy is the newest addition to BlackHawk. He joined when the previous bass player left in early 1999. He has fit right in with the others seeing how a hobby of his is playing golf just like Henry, Van and Dave.
He has been playing music from a very young age. He began on guitar but then settled on bass guitar. Later he attended Tennessee Tech where he majored in music. After that he played in a number of various rock bands before moving to Nashville in 1990. Since then he's been a session player for a number of country artists including Pam Tillis. He also has been an active songwriter for some time now.
